Established in 2006, the brand has over 40 exclusive retail stores, is selling through more than 20,000 multi-brand retail stores and has a very strong presence on eCommerce sites.
The Challenge
Stuck with a mediocre POS software
Campus shoes is a very renowned footwear brand in India. They are currently selling more than 15 million pairs per annum. They have 45 brand-owned, exclusive retail stores in India. In 2017, Campus wanted to deploy a retail software that could boost their growth by smoothening their POS operations.

- Daily store management was challenging due to the lack of day end reporting and settlement

Deciding that they needed to move to a better product for their business, Campus adopted Ginesys for their entire business as a retail ERP and a Point of Sales app. Campus now uses Ginesys retail POS to manage their 45 stores and their B2B operations pan-India.

The Ginesys team responded well to challenges that came up during the implementation and helped ensure 100% adoption. All 45 stores were made live on a single day. Once live the B2B and warehousing and accounts operations were stabilized.
